Overview

The landing page is a reusable template that enables a user to find information deeper into a section of the website.

 

Application:

This template can be applied to the following:

  • Level 1 pages on the information architecture (IA). These are accessible via the navigation menu bar.

    • ‘My problem is about…’ page

      • The banner at the bottom of the page will lead to the ‘Tools for my problem’ landing page (see P03. Tools for your problem for details)

    • ‘Ways to get help’ page

    • ‘For lawyers’ page

    • ‘About us’ page

    • ‘Contact us’ page

  • Other pages such as ‘Tools for my problem’ will also use a landing page template.

Which layout/master page does this page adopt and which containers does it contain?

This template will use the one column layout and will be based on the one column master page.

It will contain four containers:

  1. Header (full width)

  2. Main (full width)

  3. Below-main (full width)

  4. Footer (full width)

All modules will display as full width by default. Content authors are able to apply optional padding to the containers.

Can the global alerts module be added and where?

The C12. Alert Banner can be added in, directly above the header container
